TASTING NOTES
Orange wine produced with grapes of the Viognier variety, harvested in our Peralillo vineyard, located in the Colchagua Valley. During fermentation, the wine is fermented with the grapes’ skins and macerated in them. After that period, it is stored in French oak barrels of fifth use for one year. Gold in color, on the nose it presents sweetness with notes of spices, dried fruits, white flowers, and soft notes of dried peaches (Chilean huesillos). In the mouth, it has smooth acidity, with a good volume and some structure.
