San Elias Wine Cellar was founded in 1980 and is at the highest quality standards with technology and wine production. We count with different stainless steel wine tanks with an automatic micro-oxygenation system that allows us to have great management of our wines. The cellar and its bottling line are under strict world level quality controls.

In 2012 the vineyard renewed its wine cellar and changed its facade to harmoniously suit the environment. After the 2010 earthquake, the founder Sr. Alberto Siegel, rebuilt the cellar step by step and now it has the addition of new and modern technologies. Nowadays the San Elias Wine Cellar is certified by the HACCP standards and by the Chilean Wine Industry Sustainability code. Additionally, we work in the implementation of ISO 9001 and BRC to promptly obtain the certification.
