Aged in French oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.
Pasta with champignons, spicy foods, and cazuela de vacuno (a typical Chilean dish that consists of a soup with red meat stew, potatoes, pumpkin, coriander, and vegetables).
An intense red-violet color, on the nose it has notes of spices, black fruits, and dark chocolate.
